LA Distro LLC is a printing and packaging company based in Yonkers, NY. We specialize in business cards, stickers, posters, banners, apparel, DTF prints, custom packaging/boxes, labels, graphic design, and related services.

• All orders must be submitted through our website, email, or in-person at our Yonkers location.
   
• Custom orders require client approval of proofs, mock-ups, or design files before production begins.
   
• Once a proof is approved, LA Distro is not responsible for errors in spelling, colors, sizing, or design.
   
• Minimum order quantities may apply to certain products.
   

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
   
• Payment is due in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
   
• Sales tax will be applied as required by law.
   

• Standard turnaround times vary depending on the product and order size. Estimated production times will be provided at checkout or upon quote.
   
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
   
• We are not responsible for production delays caused by supplier shortages, shipping carriers, or events outside our control.
   

• Orders may be picked up at our Yonkers location or shipped via third-party carriers.
   
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.
   
• LA Distro is not liable for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by shipping carriers.
   
• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.
   

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
   
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged due to our error.
   
• Order cancellations must be requested before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not permitted.
   
• If a mistake is made on our part, we will reprint or replace the item at no additional cost.
   

• All designs, logos, and content submitted by clients are assumed to be owned by the client or used with proper authorization.
   
• Clients are fully responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork does not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.
   
• LA Distro reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate intellectual property laws.
   
• Custom designs created by LA Distro remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   

• LA Distro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
   
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.
   

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LA Distro, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from your order, including intellectual property violations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Westchester County, NY.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be posted on our website.
