Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By placing an order or submitting a quote request with LA DISTRO Production Studio ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
LA DISTRO Production Studio provides print production, apparel printing, packaging, stickers, labels, signage, and branded merchandise services. All services are subject to availability and our production capacity at the time of order.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including orders containing content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party intellectual property rights.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 14-30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change based on material costs, quantity adjustments, and specification changes requested after the quote is issued.
Final pricing is confirmed upon order approval and deposit payment. Rush order fees, shipping costs, and applicable taxes are calculated separately and added to the final invoice.
3. Payment Terms
- ·A 50% deposit is required to begin production on all orders.
- ·The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion before shipping or pickup.
- ·We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and Zelle.
- ·Established partners may qualify for Net-30 terms upon written agreement.
- ·Orders will not be released or shipped until payment is received in full.
4. Artwork & File Submission
You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork files that meet our specifications. We accept AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PSD, PNG, and JPEG files at 300 DPI or higher. Vector files are preferred for best results.
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use all content, logos, images, and designs submitted. You agree to indemnify LA DISTRO from any claims arising from intellectual property infringement.
File preparation and cleanup services are available for an additional fee. Production will not begin until artwork is approved by both parties in writing.
5. Proofs & Approval
A digital proof will be provided for approval before production begins. You must review and approve the proof in writing before we proceed. Once approved, any changes requested may result in additional charges and production delays.
Color representation on screen may differ slightly from printed output due to monitor calibration differences. We make every effort to match approved proofs but cannot guarantee exact color matches to digital displays.
6. Production & Turnaround
Standard production time is 7-10 business days from proof approval and deposit receipt. Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. Rush production options are available for an additional fee.
We are not liable for production delays caused by factors outside our control including supplier delays, equipment maintenance, or force majeure events.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the client. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client upon handoff to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Local pickup is available at 10 Ludlow St, Yonkers, NY 10705 by appointment during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM EST). We ship to all 50 US states.
8. Returns, Refunds & Reprints
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for correctly produced orders. However:
- ·If your order contains a production defect or does not match the approved proof, we will reprint or refund at our discretion.
- ·Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving your order.
- ·Photo documentation of defects is required for all claims.
- ·Defects caused by client-supplied artwork errors are not eligible for reprints or refunds.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a partial refund minus any design or setup fees incurred. Once production has begun, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of LA DISTRO Production Studio and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
We retain the right to photograph and display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of order.
11. Limitation of Liability
LA DISTRO's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption arising from our services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Westchester County, New York.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
